At Streetkick.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Wrong products received

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images (if applicable)

  • A complete unboxing/unpacking video

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

For any claim regarding a damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or incomplete order, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing/unpacking video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label and order details

  • The complete unpacking process without cuts, pauses, or edits

  • The condition and contents of the product received

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or investigation, as we may be unable to verify the issue.

Streetkick.in reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient proof is not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products

  • Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

  • Products damaged after use

  • Orders where the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Size Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

Size exchanges may be offered at our sole discretion and are subject to product availability.

If approved:

  • The customer must return the original product in unused condition.

  • Return and re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Exchange requests made after the product has been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Streetkick.in does not guarantee size exchanges for all products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved only after our team verifies the reported issue.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details or UPI information for refund processing.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund (where applicable)

Streetkick.in reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the evidence provided.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full delivery address

  • Correct phone number

  • Accurate recipient details

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the order without valid reason

The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information or customer unavailability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Streetkick.in may offer:

  • Store credit

  • An alternative product

  • A refund (where applicable)

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
